“Caitlin was a wonderful resource during my first pregnancy, when everything seemed so overwhelming and everyone seemed to have a different opinion on how best to take care of myself. She is so knowledgeable. She answered my many questions and provided me with concrete recommendations that not only made sense to me and were achievable but also that were backed by evidence, which is very important to me. Thanks to my meetings with her, I felt confident in the healthy decisions I was making for myself and my baby.” – D.Q.
