As a mother to two sweet and rambunctious little boys, Caitlin has first-hand experience with the challenges and adventures that come with feeding kids. In fact, she thought feeding little ones would be pretty straightforward until she started introducing solids to her first son. With such a wealth of information out there, things just seemed so complicated! She immersed herself in the world of pediatric and family nutrition and developed a profound love for this area.
Caitlin is a Registered Dietitian. She completed her Master of Public Health degree in Community Nutrition from the University of Toronto. Caitlin is passionate about helping family’s foster a positive feeding relationship between parent or caregiver and child.
A former competitive athlete, Caitlin’s sports background has provided her with plenty of practice balancing a busy lifestyle with healthy eating. She now lives in Victoria, BC, with her husband and two children.
“Caitlin was a wonderful resource during my first pregnancy, when everything seemed so overwhelming and everyone seemed to have a different opinion on how best to take care of myself. She is so knowledgeable. She answered my many questions and provided me with concrete recommendations that not only made sense to me and were achievable but also that were backed by evidence, which is very important to me. Thanks to my meetings with her, I felt confident in the healthy decisions I was making for myself and my baby.” – D.Q.
